At first I had some issues with customizing the return page with my brand name. Customer support was extremely helpful and fixed it right away. Also has a free plan which is great for start ups. I gave it 4 stars because I as transferred to 3 different reps before I was helped.

The app is working out good so far and the support is great. However, if they would allow more style customization, that would be great.

Setting up the app was a bit of a pain, but customer service has been helpful. You have to pay an extra $5/mo for each additional profile, but the price is still reasonable. Haven't really used the app at all yet, but I was asked to leave a review, so...

The Customer Service is good. But the integration is not that user friendly. I wish this can be incorporated into the account page.

The support has been great! But I want to change the spelling from Center to Centre on the portal which can't be done. We are in Australia and we use spelling centre so it would be great if that could be changed. I would also like to see refund button more visible as I resolved an order before refunding and was not able to go back and edit it. So far so good, only thing that there are no different themes available rather than only one where it is very difficult to add company's logo as per dimensions requests. Customer service is perfect!
