Returns Center is very user-friendly, easy for customers to manage, and wonderful if you are needing a more customizable tool. I was using Return Magic, but that app is being discontinued. I came across AfterShip Returns and thought I would try it out. I love it! It provides a great customer experience and a lot of flexibility for the store owner to have the return policies they want. I also really like how it is easy to manage returns - if a customer requests and exchange, they can select the product in the returns portal. Aftership will only show products that are in stock. When the return is received, one click will create a new order. With Return Magic, I had to manually duplicate the old order and add the product that the customer requested.

App works great , and if you need help on the chat , they were fast and had answer right away ! i would highly recommend !
