Works well. Priyanka helped me set up my return settings so I can send a label through Shopify. I have been using it for about 8 months now.

quick and helpful support! So far it's been a good app for us to use for returns. only downside to me is that you have to download so many of their different apps. but thats just my two cents.

Terrific customer service. Just getting things setup and they were happy to jump on a screen share and quickly answer a bunch of questions I had. I'd definitely recommend this app and their team.
