I liked that Nitish was determined to resolve my issue. A quicker way to resolve issues would be an actual conversations vs a chat. The agent prior to him only sent links not helping resolve my issue. He had great customer service, patience and walked me through the process.

I'm still working on fully implementing this app but so far it seems super helpful. I think it'll really streamline our returns process and take a load off my customer support team. Excited to begin using it. :) Support is also ultra helpful and fast.

Beautiful interface on both ends, and very helpful customer service. I'd say the free plan is very fair, and the paid version is the best I've found.

One of the easiest returns apps to set-up and also has a very clear, clean look to it. Great basic functionality for returns. I hope in the future they also bring in some AI logic and rules to encourage exchanges and credits. That would be next level.
