This has been super helpful in organizing workflows for returns. Automated emails go out during every step of the return process to keep customers informed and relieve unnecessary steps. Highly recommend.

Excellent, handles all my return needs without issue! Very customizable and has all the features I need. Customer support is also excellent.

Priyanka has helped me twice over the past two days making sure I have all the details and how to operate! She even had me join a google meet so she could look at my screen to see what was wrong.

I am currently testing put this app but I must say Priyanka from the CS team was very diligent and responsive. I enjoyed my interaction. Support is key when making a decision on such apps.

One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!
