Support was quite good, app provide exchange(replacement) refund and store credit option which are worthy to us.

So far so good, fixes a gaping hole in Shopify where there should be return/exchange protocol. Seems to work flawlessly so far!

I haven't encountered any problem so far after a year of using it. A pretty simple and straightforward app that has helped us sort out hundreds of returns through our day-to-day.

It's a good value-for-money app to automate your returns & exchanges process, which is an integral customer service activity for many online retailers.

This app has helped us automate our return process and allow customers to easily submit return requests. Customer service is great. Wish there was more styles to customize the look of the interface. Creating a style that looks like our store would be the only reason I would consider a different app.

AfterShip was exactly what we were looking for. Returns are the most difficult part of an e-commerce business. We were happy to find the right platform to simplify this process, save us time and money.

Awesome app, and easy to install. Haven't had many customers use the app yet but it's great knowing they have a landing page with instructions and a form to fill out if they want to do a return or exchange. Our site is www.b-clutch.com - can check out our return portal there!
