There is some room for improvement, but overall an amazing asset for our shop! (if exchanging an item, for example, I would love for my current inventory to show up for the customer to pick from)

Very good app and decent updates constantly evolving. Would recommend particularly to people in the fashion/sized clothing game

Update on sept 2034 Tech support is quick to respond, Moazzam helped immediately with my request. Still happy with the app. ---- I have to amend my previous review. With tech support, we've figured out that returns notifications (to the merchant) are sent out only if "manual approval" is selected. In "automatic approval" at the moment the merchant doesn't get any email. I've requested to change this app rule, so they'll hopefully change it in the upcoming months, this way merchants will get an email about a filed return regardless of the approval process. Other than this i'm happy with the app, it's easy to set up and works as described! --- --- --- We need to get alerts when customers file a return. It's crazy this is not possible with the app. Too busy to check it daily, we should be noticed/flagged when someone files a return. When are you including this feature? This the only major complaint.

Veldig god app. Eneste jeg skulle ønske var at ved bytteforespørsel, burde kunden fått lov å velge vare å bytte i. Da hadde varen kunne blitt reservert til kunden og akkumulert på samme ordre.

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.

Have been running this app for a couple weeks now. No issues, fairly streamlined. The only suggestion we have is to add an option for customs docs. All of our returns come back to Canada (From the US) and require custom documentation - would be helpful for the app to generate this or at least allow you to upload a second file for customs docs.

I would like to be able to set rules for allowing a return from the date the item actually ships or arrives, not the order date. They also need to allow larger size pictures for the headers. Overall, great app.

I really like AfterShip Returns... with the new update of 10/2019 it has improved a lot! New multilingual features and a new simple look... Attention however, on the site is written "All features included" on all plans, while in the setting Language the multilingual is given only for higher tariff plans... not good!!

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.

Seems to be helpful with returns. Using the basic plan for now and will see how things go. Would like options for the theme but will try to find our own HTML.

Update 12/3/2019: The developers reached out to me after this review to offer their support and apologize for the unhelpful responses I was getting. Since then, I have processed 10+ returns using their app and it has worked well. There are some feature changes I would like to see before I consider it a "5 star" app, but it's certainly functional and does it's core function very well. I am updating this review to 4/5 stars and would gladly give it 5 if return shipments were easier to track (and had email alerts!!). It currently takes several page refreshes to see a shipping status from USPS and that's just not acceptable. There's nothing worse than a customer sending their return and it just sitting there without the shop owner getting alerted. Original review: So far the interface seems good but I'll only know later down the road when my store starts getting returns. This 2 star review is strictly due to the poor AfterShip customer support. After I set up my account with aftership, I needed to go back in and change the return address (where my customers send their product back to) but I couldn't figure out how to go back and change this in the settings. I shot an email to AfterShip support and they kept copy/pasting the same response in their reply. "Hello, Please contact courier or shipper directly. AfterShip is only a shipment tracking platform. Here are some useful articles for you." And just so you guys know, I was very detailed in my emails about being the owner of a shopify store and even sent the emails from my support@ email address. I eventually figured out how to change the address myself, but I wasted a whole week waiting for an actual response (that never came). Just the same copy/paste that had nothing to do with my question. Hopefully everything works well once returns start coming in because this joke of a support will definitely not be there to help.

Great app for our business. Very helpful for making returns easier. I know our customers appreciate the convenience! We just had our first return and so far so good...
