I like this app. It's easy to use by customers and very easy to setup by us.

So far so good! It was super easy to set up and put a link directly on my website. I have no doubt that it will make my customer's life easier should they ever need to make a return. And best of all - its free!

Absolutely love it! I am very happy with the app. It helps me organize my store's return process big time and I don't get questions from customers asking me how to return the product anymore, which saves me tons of time and energy. Great app, super easy to set up. The only wish I had is if it didn't auto generate its own RMA # and I could input my own to send to the customer.

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.
