AfterShip Customer service was great helping me set up a complex shipping rule. Aditya was excellent and resolved the issue straight away via screen share. Really helpful and great customer service :)

AfterShip has been great to work with so far. I am so happy I was able to get technical support via chat and then via Google meet. Rajat was amazing. He is very smart and knows his product well. He walked me through the steps during set up that were a little confusing to me. I am so happy I had Rajat as my technical support and help.

I had a question about how to use the platform and they hopped on a quick Google Meet so we could do a screen share! It was very helpful and the first time I had support offer to do something like that. They resolved my issue quickly. Thank you!
