Love having this app as part of our website. It makes it so easy for our customer to return anything and gives them peace of mind when purchasing. I free's us up from a lot of administration time it takes to process as return, allowing us to put that energy into growing our business in different areas. Thanks!

I was in need of a professional efficient returns policy that looks and feels real to our customers. Not just an email. The fact that, Aftership Returns Center is linked to our site through Shopify and I am also able to send a link. The App works like it was designed to. Not to mention the App is free for now. It's completely user friendly and I am able to integrate my returns policy and give the customer clear instructions on the process. It's the best App out there for this service. So far so good. I love After Ship returns! This return center helps track and manage any returns. Great app and it integrated seamlessly with my Shopify store!

Really a worthy app to have when you are on Shopify, which maintains the Returns easily and tracks the status.

Fantastic app - one click install, easy to setup/modify, and does exactly what it says it does! I am floored by how great this FREE app is! My returns instantly went from cumbersome for both me and my customers to professional, quick and easy. This helps to automate the process - the customer enters their info and their order pops up, they choose what they want to return from the list of their items, check a box indicating why, submit, and it comes to my inbox. I approve, and they are automatically sent a unique RMA number and instructions on how to return. I even have a returns center page on my site now (automatcially set up by AfterShip - I just created the page), which is so much better than the basic info I provided on my own page. Thank you, Aftership!

does what it is supposed to. The only feature is can't seem to change the return email at bottom of page
