Aditya was very helpful with customer service. I had an issue getting an exchange to process. He helped sort through my settings and helped me understand how to fix the issue I was experiencing. As a store owner, things like this can get very frustrating. I'm glad the Aftership team was there for support.

AfterShip has been great to work with so far. I am so happy I was able to get technical support via chat and then via Google meet. Rajat was amazing. He is very smart and knows his product well. He walked me through the steps during set up that were a little confusing to me. I am so happy I had Rajat as my technical support and help.

I had a question about how to use the platform and they hopped on a quick Google Meet so we could do a screen share! It was very helpful and the first time I had support offer to do something like that. They resolved my issue quickly. Thank you!
