This app makes the return process more professional and 10 times easier! Highly recommend this to any Shopify store.

Without AfterShip, I have no idea how I would be able to manage returns. They make it really easy to streamline the process and I couldn't be happier.

After weeks of searching for a great app for return products, I stumbled across Aftership Returns Center. This app have really took the worry out of my thoughts about how to handle returned items. Now, I have AfterShip Returns Center to do the work for me. What a release to not have this duty to worry about. If you are looking for a great Returns app, I highly recommend Aftership Returns. It does what it says and it can do multiple products at once. It is not a bad product if you dont mind limited functionality for a free app. You are unable to have a workflow with the return reasons, no rules can be setup, no automation it is just a form, the instructions do not change with each reason selected, the instructions shown during pending approval are the same ship back instructions the customer gets if approved and nothing stops the customer from just sending it back at that point, you cannot refund in the app which creates for more work, it does not update the order or customer notes or timeline, you cannot send an email to the customers for more information or follow up, you cannot edit or customize the text received or branding or layout of ANY emails this sends. It is free and not robust enough to compete but if you wanted something simple and you dont care about the above then go for it as it is on the right track just missing a bunch.

very extremely easy to install this app. Like the app it seem to also be user friendly as well.
