Lance was awesome! He helped me remove the Rivo tag at the bottom and even helped me understand how to update my Favicon!

Customer service is the best I ever had! Lance was so helpfull giving fast solutions to any questions I had. Absolutely love this app! I just installed the app, but so far so good! They removed the branding and enabled custom CSS right away for me with virtually no hassle. I'm looking for more of a sale promotion popup, but I think with some customization I can do it all myself for free!

I've looked at various pop up apps and this looked like the best design. Very easy to install and the support from Mica was the best I've ever received, from any app, on Shopify. Very impressed so far

I just installed the app and I had to get some help, the response was immediate and beyond helpful!. The app is also very easy to customize, I love having the options to change fonts and colors to match those of my website. The technician that help me was knowledgeable and creative, definitely recommend this app :)
