Just started, so proof will be in the pudding. Very easy to use so far. Would be better if it allowed the option to restrict existing customers or previous website visitors from seeing the popup. Customer service by Pete was excellent too.

Pete was awesome!! He was prompt and super friendly! He even pointed out something that could improve on my shop and explained how to fix it. Y'all have the best customer support! The app itself is very cool and easy to use. Can't wait for my customers to see it! :)

The app has great application to my. It is free I was able to remove the powered by icon at the bottom of the pop up.Also I had to do was have a quick talk with yaci. Which was an absolute pleasure, very helpful and friendly.She made the hole set up an enjoyable experience and was very helpful.

I'm still setting up at the moment, everything seems pretty intuitive and easy to figure out so far. I couldn't wait to review the customer service support. It's after midnight where I'm at, and I actually chat with a real person! I got to speak with Mica, who was extremely quick to respond and more than helpful. Mica was very supportive of my store and even went so far as to support my business by following on social media and complimenting my artwork. I really appreciate the gesture and the fact that they remove the marketing tags from their popups for free. Mica was extremely kind and generous, and it shines through in their business model too. Well done.
