The download and setup was flawless thanks to Jel from support I loved the support, the popup was REALLY easy to set up and customize I don't usually write reviews but i couldn't not with this app. I was recommended to this app by Shopify support, i might have had some original reservations but oh my god i am so satisfied with this! Anyone who is looking for an app of this type you HAVE to use this one! FIVE STARS

The app looks pretty good so far and Paul provided knowledgeable and timely support. As long as there are no gotchas going forward, it appears we will stick with the Rivo app going forwward.

Lance was very helpful. He assisted me with setting up my email opt-in pop-up and showed me how to add my logo as the favicon for my website. He went above and beyond to help me!

customer service was on point. Teresa helped me by removing the Powered by Rivo Branding quickly and I was not talking to a BOT! Real customer service and real time!! She also directed me to a link to customize my popup. Thank you for making this so easy and fun!
