used the pop up chat , was chatting to mica, very helpful and friendly, helped me to remove the branding from a discount code, very simple and easy to use, thank you so much for bring so straight forward.

Great app! And wonderful customer service as well! Love the useability - It's very easy to get started - The only thing stopping me from giving 5-stars is that, as of yet, we don't get option to enable double-opt-in which is required by law in some countries.

Mica was the best online customer service representative I think I have ever worked with. Not only did she help me with my question, she also additionally advised and aided me with another section of my website that needed maintenance.

The customer service is friendly and decent. I still don't know how to use the app completely so this rate is unnecessarily too early .

works good and the girl from the support mica was verry helpful :) we try the app now for a few days or weeks but i think it's perfect. we love the integration to our shopify mailing list
