I recently launched my new Shopify store to sell my handcrafted products. I'm OK with technology, but I'd rather spend my time working on my craft, so I look for partners to help me run a great site. Rivo's product are great, but more importantly, the support I received from Lance was incredible! He was friendly, thoughtful, and helped me get two Rivo apps running on my store with no hassle. I haven't really used this particular app yet - it was just the installation and then the removal of the name of the Developer?...anywayl, Alex was through, friendly, helpful and even went above and beyond by adding the ability for me to add the site logo for more Brand exposure. 10/10 Couldn't ask for more.

Great app. Nice and simple layout and very user friendly to use. I contacted Lance from the support team. Lance solved my query super quickly and also provided some insights on my store layout and a couple of suggestions regarding how to further customise the store. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a pop up banner.
