I use this app to help capture customer info to sell more products to our customers. Abbie was a big help and really appreciate her for all her help.

I was looking for a pop-up app, and was recommended this one. Haven't gotten around to trying the app yet, but my initial experience with Lance, has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. In my entire life, I have never..EVER..had such an amazing experience with any support executive. He complimented my products, immediately provided the support I required and provided me with the sweetest most polite conversation. Really made my day. Amazing work. Never let him go!!!

Amazing app and does exactly as it states. Also, Lance from chat support is super helpful, the help was quick, and did a lot of stuff on his own that I did not think of, I loved it!

I have built a ton of Shopify stores over the years and haven't used RIVO until now. It works perfectly, is flexible, and has great customer service. Big recommend!
