I love the app! It is easy to work with and it looks very good on my website. I resisted adding an email pop-up but this works really well for my business. And the customer support is outstanding. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive!

I am unable to rate the effectiveness of the app as I just installed it. But as for the set up of the app I am giving it 5 stars and the customer service was wonderful Spoke with 2 different people for 2 different reasons and loved the communication. It was casual which i find to be very helpful when you don't know what you're doing and being walked through something.

+ Great app : Free & very easy to use, in a few minutes my pop-up was personalized and displayed on my shop. Thanks to Lance for his reactivity. - A little less smiley, that would be just as good ;)
