Fantastic customer service and good app. I had a slight glitch with my pop up and it was fixed within seconds, I was offered extras at no cost and Abbie even suggested an obvious improvement to my website that hadn't occurred to me.

I needed some help with removing a branding sign and I had such an AWESOME experience with customer service team, Harleen. 5 stars for customer service and carrying about people! The app is also great! That is what I was looking for in a long time. So easy to use and so many different options to try. Also FREE. What could be better, right? Our pet-time.eu shop is fairly new, so we are looking to use as many free apps, and the quality of free apps is not always amazing, but this is not the case here. We love this app, it does exactly what we need, support was extremely fast, in less than an hour. Thank you, team!

App works well and does exactly what I was hoping for. After a little chat with the customer service I could remove their branding (for free). Very thankfull that I can use this service for free giving there are already so much area's you need to invest as a starting business.

I needed help removing the branding from the widget and this was without a doubt the best customer service ever!! I’d advocate for her to get a raise!

I've been wanting to find a pop up app for a while that is easily integrated into Shopify and Rivo is absolutely perfect and is exactly what I've been after. Other apps I've used are always difficult to navigate and don't consider the user experience but Rivo has been great. After jumping on the app and having a couple questions I was immediately connected with a team member (James) and he was so great and helpful. He even recorded a personalised video which gave me a great run through of the app. Amazing app and amazing service! Will definitely recommend to all my small biz friends!
