The app is very easy to setup and the customer service is impeccable. Arianna helped me setup the app and also went above and beyond with taking a look at my store and sent me helpful links to improve on 10/10 recommend.

I worked with Abby from Rivo and she was so helpful and handled everything extremely fast. I barely have time to do any of this setup myself and this was a total breeze. I am appreciative of Abby's help!

We have not began to use the app in store yet as we have been working on the kinks. The customer service we received today was wonderful. Jel was so so helpful and answered all of our questions we had. She also is a mind reader and suggested a couple of other add on apps that we have been talking about looking into and getting started. I can not wait to check out her recommendations.

Had a few questions regarding the set up of my pop up so I chatted to the team. Paul was extremely helpful by sending videos of how to fix my issues. He also went ahead and added extra features for me.

Very easy to implement into the website and ensures a reliable pop up! Customer support rep, Pete, was extremely helpful in promptly enabling me the flexibility of custom CSS and even offered to remove the "Powered by Rivo" label from the popup. I would highly recommend this this app
