I'm pretty new to this whole pop-ups for website and I find Rivo very user-friendly and easy to understand from the videos across youtube and shopify. Was curious about how to remove the branding and Paul was a great help, great sense of humor and responsiveness. He needs a raise for providing such good experience!

Great app, easy to understand and edit. Pete was so helpful on the chat and also removed their branding on their pop up! Now I'm going to check out the rest of their apps as customer service is on point

Love this app! Fully customizable and just found out you can remove the powered by Rivo at the bottom. Therese was really helpful in doing this for me so quickly.

Very good app for email recapture and to offer discounts to my customers on special occasions, it can also be used to create a popup without having to ask for the email. The customer service is very good, you are served quickly and if you touch the Therese will help you and solve the problem super fast and super friendly.
