I am so thankful for the help I received from Pete today. He was a wonderful customer service agent who was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered solutions that were tailored to my needs. On top of that, he was patient and courteous. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the solution. I am very happy with the assistance Pete provided and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing customer service help.

I was helped by Paul, or as i like to call him, Five Star Paul! This fella went above and beyond to help not only with the rivo popup features but also to enhance my store all together. Very helpful, very charismatic. I truly received a WOW experience with him. thank you paul for all of your help.

Very helpful app and really friendly support!! The best feature I like is that you can use custom css to add your own persona styling to the app popup. I highly recommend to try this app.

Best app for subscribe pop-ups. The wording and color of window can also be customized. And it's free! This is exactly the app I wanted. Great support of Paul to help me with the set up. Very kind & helpful assistance. Highly Recommend ！
