I was creating a pop-up for my store, when I realized I could do a custom CSS formatting, however on the live-chat service, Rivo was able to do this for me, completely free of charge, and provide other tips on improving my store. So.... 5/5 from me.

Yaci was great at assisting me today! She helped me out with some problems and immediately helped me fix them, we also had a great GIF convo! I was happy to realize they were not bots lol which is why i give it a 5/5!! :)

Good app that you can customize really easily and the popup that shows on the exit intent is great ! Also, my chat with the tech support named Therese was super easy and she did an awesome job of helping me ! She even gave me pointers/tips to improve on my website ! Now that's what I call good customer service. Give Therese a raise for me please.
