Intuitive tool that's easy to set up. However, what I really loved most was the above and beyond customer support! Not only did Abbie from Rivo help me with the couple of requests I had, but she also threw in some extra features for free which I didn't even know I needed. All of it will make the pop-up on my store really pop! Thank you, Rivo and Abbie!

I had some questions regarding the app, and Abbie was extremely helpful, and even added a tip to add my favicon, which I had forgotten. She answered all my questions, and provided extra links to explain things further. Great customer service.

So far so good!! Customer service was most helpful and fast to respond, they answered my questions and concerns and recommended a loyalty program that I will definitely look into! Thanks for making the website pop-up easy to navigate.

I was doing research on email newsletter pop up and saw the wonderful review Rivo has received. I made a great pop-up in less than 60 seconds and it was incredibly easy. The ability to modify CSS to customize was also great.
