This app is great at capturing emails when customers first enter the site and the customer service goes above and beyond.

Super easy to set up and Teresa removed watermark and had some great suggestions i missed for my store.

Chat was super helpful and quick so I see why so many people use it! I like the option of percentage or amount and the fact that you can add your own logo. I am a sucker for these sign ups on other websites so I wanted to incorporate my own!

App did what I needed. Easy to use and great support. Requested to remove the vendor's logo via the chat box. Very responsive, resolved quickly, and gave some tips on my improving my shop's site too.

Yaci helped me with all my needs and even gave me kind suggestions to improve my website's customer experience which was unexpected. She did not have to but she went above and beyond! So far I really like the look of the app on my website due to various customizations you can set up! I would highly recommend it!
