I asked for so many questions based on the popup widget because it was my first time using the app. Regardless of the numerous questions, I asked, Ryan from the support team helped me with everything and managed to solve all the problems within just seconds.. This app looks perfect and the CS Arianne has been so efficient and helpful, she removed the Rivo logo tag from the popup in a few seconds and it's FREE! I highly recommend this app to any Shopify users!!

Seems easy to use, clean looking appearance on website. Chat was also helpful as well to take off the branding.
