so far so good, working with support was easy and they were very helpful. as a custom products vendor reviews are a key item to our being successful and I can't wait to see how this app performs

Amazing App and Incredible Support! I’ve been using the TYDAL Reviews app on my Shopify website, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s a fantastic free app for managing product reviews, and it integrates seamlessly with my site. What truly stood out was the exceptional support I received. Tydal makes collecting reviews simple. We ran into an issue and Sam from the support team was super friendly, quick, and helpful all while using the chat function at 11:30pm. Very nice to know that we can get help at any time!

Be careful about the import. The template if formatted wrong. I did a lot of work to just have it not WORK. Annoyed! Its free so I guess I should not complain. You get what you pay for.

I personally am technically challenged when it comes to apps and computer work but with TYDAL the process was simple. The offer a 24/7 chat line which puts me more at ease knowing that there is always someone on the other end to assist me. They are so quick and efficient with their responses. I'd definitely recommend TYDAL to those who need an easy set up and on the go staff. Thank you
