Promising app, lots of customisation but failed to send any reviews to customers despite trying numerous things suggested by the AI assistant - re syncing, reinstlaling app etc. Nothing worked and my request for human support was deflected to help docs. Will have to try another app instead.

I mean, it was probably once a great app... It does a huge amount for free that you you have to pay for in other apps, if you don't need all the dozens of fancy widgets, etc. I also found the interface quite nice, professional and was really looking forward to using it. And submitting a review via the product is functional enough. However, when it came time to send review requests to customers, it simply doesn't work. I've tried contacting their support in every way possible. Their live chat is now just an AI agent; multiple emails to their support address - on the app, here on the App store, or on their website - never got any reply. I've read every piece of documentation on their website. As far as I can tell, the developers have abandoned TYDAL to work on their other paid app - hence the zero price tag (it used to be paid) and zero support. A shame as this would be a JMe-killer if offered at a low price point, even if not free.

the workflows does not work, there is no integration with shopify, there is no documentation and customer support doesn't know how to fix anything.

I tried to manually upload our previous reviews to the site through the app, and it is an absolute disaster. Their template for us to fill in the information has incorrect heading as per the AI agent. Then I spent over 20 minutes with the AI agent and still couldn't resolve the issue. Then the AI Agent informed me there is no other support they can offer, so I am at a dead end.

I installed the app, and it wouldn't send out emails. Its now been 3 weeks since i lodged an enquiry and despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been done. Ive also been blocked from contacting their live chat support. I noticed another reviewer complaining about being blocked aswell. I would be fine to revise this review, if they fix the app

This app is really not good. Lots of glitches and is just very amateur design. They say you can link reviews to Google. That is false. When I asked for help trying to rectify the issue as a google rep contacted me to let me know a simple code change needed to make the reviews show on google... They block me from being able to message them and then stop responding to emails. Not good when a business blocks and ignores you for asking for simple help.

Love everything about this app. What makes this app even more special is their attention to customer services. Not only did they help me with integrating this app onto my store, they went above and beyond to further help me improve the presentation of my store by giving me advice and guidance, not to mention the kind gesture of following me on my social media. Is literally called TYDAL Subscriptions, but when I try to set up subscription theres nothing in the app about it at all, it's just reviews.

Tydal is an excellent review app. It’s easy to install, user-friendly, and adds instant credibility to your store with customizable star ratings and review widgets. I love that customers can upload photos and videos, and the automated review requests with discount incentives are a great touch. The design is clean and integrates well with any theme. Best of all, the customer support is fast, friendly, and very helpful. It lacks Google Shopping integration for now, but that’s a small tradeoff. Overall, Tydal is a fantastic free app that boosts trust and conversions. Highly recommended!
