This is the second Rivo app I've used for my shop. Shout out to Jel for her help today! Customer service is 12/10 and the app is pretty user friendly. Definitely recommend.

Setting up this app was very easy and personalized service available to answer any questions initially. It was great speaking with Abbie who showed a true interest in my business' website and making it better in general. I look forward to taking advantage of the benefits of this app.

One of the most effective installments for your store! Very easy to add and set up, most of the things are self-explanatory. However, when I needed some customer's support, I effortlessly got it! Abbie was fantastic and knowledgeable, assisted me with branding removal and was really proactive helping me to make a few more improvements. Really excited to experience the benefits of having this app on my website!

Die App ist recht einfach aufgebaut, was der handhabung gut tut und Pete vom Support hat mir direkt geholfen und einige gute Tipps gegeben, die nicht direkt etwas mit der App zu tun hatten, aber dennoch super hilfreich waren. Außerdam hat mir Pete super schnell geantwortet und war ausgesprochen nett.

Just started using it and I really appreciate the quick customer service on any questions I have, plus the quick automated way to send out and collect reviews without having to think about it. The rep also suggested some quick things to do to help my site.
