Really easy to use and understand, which is great for people like me that didn't grow up a "techie." Jamie in customer support is just the nicest and helped me get set up with options with the app, and even helped beyond the tydal app with recommendations that I never even thought of. With customer support like Tydal has with Jamie on their crew, I would look no further. I wish the whole build experience were so easy.

So far the app has been very user friendly and simple to understand and use. I am really excited to have this feature on my website. Both for insight for myself and to help my customers see reviews from other people. Jamie has been so helpful in helping me get things set up as well as giving me some other tips for my website. Customer service is great and really quick at responding.

After installing and uninstalling so many review apps, I came across Tydal and installed it. I contacted support to remove their branding, Jamie was absolutely brilliant and so helpful, and added some extra bits to the app too I would like to gain reviews from people that's previously had products from us so it would be really handy to have a feature where there's a review link (and/or a QR code) that can be copied and sent to people so they can leave reviews. So far the app is looking good, working great and I'm so happy that I found it. It's hassle free easy set up and the fact that it's free for the features they provide and the great support they offer, it's amazing. I wish I came across Tydal a lot sooner. I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys

Everything worked well and quickly at the beginning. Support has been very informative and helpful. However, lately, performance has become noticeably slower. Also, it's important to note that reviews from this app are not displayed in Google Shopping. This is a crucial feature that most review services provide.
