I’m still new to using Tydal, but I was having some issues with my reviews showing up on my product page (USER ERROR), so I contacted their support chat and their rep named Sam was EXTREMELY helpful. He even temporarily joined my Shopify admin as a collaborator and manually helped me place code on my site, helped with import questions I had and much more. I’m excited to learn more about Tydal, but I’ve been extremely impressed so far.

Jamie was so helpful in helping me set up the TYDAL review app! She was very informative and gave me links to additional instruction pages. I felt like she truly cared about my website and even gave me additional tips on how to improve. I am so impressed by their customer service!

The customer service at TYDAL was excellent, and you don't find that very often these days. Everything was verified and set up quick. I would recommend them to anyone with a store on Shopify.

My experience with TYDAL's Product Reviews App was great. The setup process was straightforward, and their customer support is top-of-the-line. The team member that I interacted with was Sam. He helped me remove the TYDAL branding from my store. He was kind, straightforward, and accommodating.
