I am so glad that I found this app - it's a complete revelation! I have had a very frustrating morning trying various other Reviews apps and then deleting them because they won't do what I want. However, the Rivo Product Reviews was very straightforward to install and within a couple of moments, I had customised it with my own wording and store colours, positioned it where I wanted it and tested it. I requested support with a small matter and had a very (and I do mean very) quick response from Pete who was helpful and got the issue sorted straight away. He was a real pleasure to deal with. the app is good but what is outstanding is the support girl (Abbie) as she responded to my request directly and explain to me about the cost and give me an advice to enhance my favicon. thanks a lot for everything

So far the app seems super streamlined and the support extremely friendly and helpful (and quick to respond!). This is especially impressive for a free app. I still need to import my reviews from the app I was using before, but I think this will fit the bill. Thanks!

We installed the app and uninstalled it again shortly afterwards for internal reasons. However, a problem arose during the uninstallation, which was solved competently and very quickly by Rivo support. That's how it should be, and we are happy to give it 5 stars!
