After 2 other apps, I ended up with your app. Due to my digital incompetence, I had problems importing older reviews. Sam from the support team was able to help me directly in the app's live chat. I also received a template that worked without any problems. The presentation of the reviews in the store looks great and high quality. Thank you! Best wishes from Germany

For a free app it is excellent. I enjoy TYDAL's features like a discount code and adjustable settings for the store. One minor issue is that there is an error with managing reviews through email. I hope the tech team is as good as the customer service team and get the problem resolved. I want to personally thank Sam the customer support guy. He did phenomenal at assisting me with the 1000 questions I had. Sam responded quickly to my questions. He really did walk me through it in such a great and professional manner. TYDAL reviews has good customer support and Sam made my day.

The app is simple to set up and use. What I really appreciated was the support team they helped me import my old reviews using an Excel file. They were friendly, fast, and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this app if you need a good way to manage reviews.

Jamie helped me quickly and efficiently. She also recommended an app to install that will allow my customers to enroll in a loyalty program. She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I mean, she was outstanding!! 1000% recommend using Tydal if you have a shopify store.
