Blooming brilliant. I contacted TYDAL via the chat box late at night and got an immediate response. Jamie was super friendly, helpful and productive. It's rare to receive this type of prompt and friendly customer service. I'm absolutely delighted i chose them to host my reviews.

Amazing support experience! Jamie was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond by removing the branding and unlocking extra features for free. The service was fast and smooth, and I really appreciate the personal touch. Highly recommend this app – great features and even better support!

Customer support and documentation is phenomenal. Of course I'm going to take 1 minute to leave a review here... I just enjoyed 20 minutes of one-on-one chat support and solved 4 little setup issues that would have taken me forever to figure out on my own. Now, my reviews plugin is setup, styled, and I have imported 3 test reviews successfully. Let's goooooooooooooooooooooo!

Great free app, has all the basic features you need to get started and share your reviews on the website. Jamie from customer support was amazing in helping out with all struggles I had while setting it up. There's a few features missing that I'd love to have, and after chatting to Jamie they've added the suggestion to their feature roadmap so I'm truly excited to see the suggested features come up to life in the weeks or months. Super recommend.
