I can’t express enough how thrilled I am with the Tydal app! A special shoutout to Sam, whose support truly made a difference in my experience. From the moment I reached out for help setting up reviews in my custom Shopify theme, Sam went above and beyond. He meticulously adjusted the CSS to ensure it aligned perfectly with my branding, and even implemented custom changes to seamlessly integrate the reviews into my product info tab. Sam's dedication and attention to detail completely blew me away. The level of service I received was not just impressive; it was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. I’m already considering Rivo for customer loyalty features, and I know if I get to work with Sam again, I’ll be in great hands! Thank you, Sam, for your outstanding support! I'm rating the use of the app a 3 only based on I haven't seen it in action. But because of customer service I gave it a 5 she was very effective and efficient on top of humorous. Big Help JAMIE.

We've been using TYDAL for a while now. Here's what's up: - Great customer support, - Amazing interface for leaving reviews, - I like the UI but would love it if the reviews were a little bigger What's missing? - An option to display the reviews on the product cards Overall, 4.8/5. Then again, it's FREE.

So far my experience has been great. I can’t speak for how the app works as of yet for my customers, but my personal involvement with their customer service was speedy, helpful, and effective. Adrian went above and beyond even giving me more than I was inquiring about in the first place. You have to love a company that gives you more without even asking! Thanks TYDAL ⭐️
