Simply fantastic application. We had to import the reviews from another App and thanks to the support that responded immediately (even though it was almost night) it was very easy to import the data and configure everything. We highly recommend

Sam at Tydal was great at promptly helping me verify my account and get what I needed set up! Very efficient customer support, no waiting around or left hanging, and I love the ease of use of Tydal. Its EXACTLY what I was looking for for ratings and reviews, where I could send an email to my customers instead of all other apps that just install a widget on the website to collect ratings and reviews, which could be a bunch of haters or competitors making up fake names to try to make the brand look bad. Tydal is easy to install and setup, and its FREE!!!!

COMPLETE AND UTTER RUBBISH! I had it installed and fully set up since mid-December (Now End of Feb 2025 I'm rewriting this). It turns out, after all the sales were made and all were confirmed on their system, that NOT A SINGLE EMAIL REQUEST WAS SENT OUT!!! So this application does nothing! Not even the one thing they say it does! Don't waste your time on this and lose out on reviews because this rubbish doesn't work at all! Honestly waste of time!
