I recently started using Tydal. It's easy to setup. I needed help with verification of my site and Sam from the support team was so prompt with it. He also suggested an important feature to add to my site which was so sweet. Super friendly and quick with his work. Thank you Sam :)

We use Tydal reviews on our websites Flag Patch Shop, World Flags Direct, and World Flag Pins, and it's been a really helpful app for all of them! I can't figure out how to work the review import mechanism myself (it keeps saying my files are the wrong format even though I think I'm following the instructions) but Tydal customer service has been importing my files for me when I ask. Update: figured out how to work the review mechanic! It's incompatible with Firefox, but works in Google Chrome.

I was looking for a review app for my new store and TYDAL stood out as a great option. I needed help getting the app embedded into my website, and Jaime from support was quick to respond and get my reviews up and running quickly. She also addes some features to my account for free, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and looking forward to using this app to manage and display customer reviews.

Even though our store is still under development, TYDAL Reviews has already impressed us with its seamless setup and intuitive features. The app makes it easy to plan for collecting and displaying product reviews effectively. We especially love the customization options and how well the widgets integrate into our site design. The interface is simple to use, and the support team has been incredibly helpful in addressing our questions during the setup process. To find a free app that does exactly what you want it too and more with features that you would expect in paid apps is itself worth 5 stars. The customer service team are helpful and quick to reply. Adrian helped me with general issues and gave me some shopify tips and tricks. Would recommend this app for sure.
