Thank you I really enjoyed the customer service. They are very kind and helpful. The setup process was quick and easy. The customer rep Adrian really was informative and made sure my page was working well with the app.

Tydal makes collecting reviews simple. We ran into an issue and Sam from the support team was super friendly, quick, and helpful all while using the chat function at 11:30pm. Very nice to know that we can get help at any time!

Be careful about the import. The template if formatted wrong. I did a lot of work to just have it not WORK. Annoyed! Its free so I guess I should not complain. You get what you pay for.
