This is the most amazing staff i have EVER talked to!!! seriously Jamie deserves a raise and the biggest thank you award!! she went above and beyond to help me with my store! This is the only review app shopify needs because it is by far the best option!!! Also Sam is a creative genius! big thanks for his help making my store fit my theme

Terrible customer experience. App wasn't sending review requests from Day 1 of going live with our new Shopify store. Tech support not able to provide any clarity on the issue or resolve the problem. Had to uninstall and seek an alternative review app.

Just installed it and still setting it up, but I had some questions so I sent a message in the chat, not expecting a reply because it was 10pm, but someone replied and the customer service has been great so far!
