App wouldn't send review requests, so it never collected reviews. Customer support said they needed to be given access to my store in order to help--apparently they can't see what their app is doing on their end. I declined and was sent to another customer support team. In the end, I just deleted the app and switched to a better app for collecting reviews.

Really great for beginners and you can also set up so many things! And their customer support is Sam was really great at helping with everything.

This app has some great features at no cost. When i got the app Sam from the support team was quick to chat with me and was incredibly kind with fast responses. Couldn't recommend them more!

Definitely recommend to others! I had trouble with how to show it on my website, but Sam helped very quickly and efficiently that it got solved within minutes! Amazing service. This app is excellent for small businesses, with its free price and its simple and straightforward app.

I just was working with Adrian and he was great. The app works exceptionally well and supported by a world class support team. Some apps have support which will take days to get a response. I always received immediate assistance, even on weekends like today. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
