I’ve just started using the TYDAL Reviews app for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed! The app is incredibly easy to use and packed with so many useful features that have made managing reviews for my business a breeze. From customizing review requests to tracking customer feedback, it has everything I need in one place. What really stood out for me was the exceptional customer support. Sam was quick to respond to my questions and super helpful, making sure everything was set up smoothly. The support team definitely goes above and beyond! Pretty useless app, i think most of the 5 stars are because of their prompt support initially when setting up the app. The problem i faced when i installed and setup the app was that even before the shipment has reached the customers' address, it started to send emails requesting for reviews in spite of the settings showing that a review email will be sent after 7 days of delivery. I immediately raised a concern over their chat support, but i have received no replies to that as yet! Pretty disappointing.

I highly recommend this App, very easy to use, easy to navigate, looks very nice on my shop. The customer service from Sam was the best! Fast friendly response! Thank You very much Sam!

Sam was amazing. He helped me with my question and even put in my suggestions to the proper teams. He helped me find new apps and gave me suggestions to improve my website as well. 10/10 would love to have Sam again!

Amazing customer support. Had help from Sam, Adrian and Jamie. Had an issue with the widget being off margin on our website's product page and kindly customized the colour of the review stars. They sorted out our issues in a timely manner. Thanks again!
