Great experience! Customer service is amazing and so quick. I am creating my website on my own and this is probably the best help I have received in the 2 months I have been working on my webpage.

I just downloaded the app and need some time to explore all its features, but it looks like a very intuitive and useful tool. For a free app, it offers a lot of functions that you'd normally have to pay for in others. Sam from the support team was really helpful, quickly answering my questions and resolving any doubts I had.

I wasn't able to figure out how to get the star ratings on my product grid by myself, so I messaged Tydal support and in jumped Sam from support like superman! Sorted it out in minutes, went through the liquid section, found the right spot based on my themes code and had my stars lookin real good. Honestly, the best support team ever.
