Parfait, correspond tout à fait aux attentes d'un tel module ! Il manque peut-être la fonctionnalité de limiter le nombre de caractères de l'avis lorsque certains client sont très bavards !

Awesome chat support, love the fact that you can directly custom the css of the widget so it can completely match the design of your shop. Documentation is well done. Importing reviews works good but it stays in pending status if you try with more than ~50/100 reviews at once. Must-have features that I didn't find yet : - Translation feature, currently my shop can be in french with english buttons. - HTML editing to customize a bit more the widget. For a free app it's perfect.

The tool didn't look good on my website at first, but Tydal's support was very responsive, and Jamie helped me with everything. She helped me with the code and did some custom UI/UX work like I requested. I hope the feature I requested comes soon, as it can help many ecommerce brands like ours. I wouldn't mind paying for it if the support is just like this and they keep on adding features to it.

So happy with the TYDAL apps. I have been using most of their apps and haven't had any issues. Customer service is so quick to respond and help with any questions no matter the time. Everything is great no complaints at all.

Gente de habla hispana, recomiendo totalmente esta excelente aplicación. Muy buen equilibrio entre personalización y simplicidad, realmente no puedo creer que sea gratuita y las pequeñas empresas como la que manejo lo agradecemos un montón realmente.
