The app is super user-friendly and I've never had any issues with its features. The customer service is great! Jamie was incredibly helpful and assisted me in removing the branding effortlessly. Highly recommend!

Over the last weeks, I've tried a half dozen or more review apps, looking for one that was suitable for a one-product shop, also had video and image reviews, and was in my price range. Tydal is definitely it. It allows for a lot of control and customization, which is important to me, and also WORKS without too much messing around with code (if at all) To top it off, their customer service is FANTASTIC! I'm usually the type that never asks or takes anyone up on assistance, but their phenomenal rep Jamie (who also compiles their in-depth tutorials) gave me quite a few invaluable bits of guidance to help me transition my site to this platform more easily, and make use of its many features. I'm very pleased.

I like that this app was built for Shopify stores. It works perfect and installation was a breeze. Jamie was super helpful via the chat. The customization options are great and the automated email function is a real bonus. I love this app and I strongly recommend it.
