I recently had the pleasure of working with Jamie from Tydal's tech support team, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in resolving several issues I was facing. Not only did Jamie get everything sorted out quickly, but they also ensured that the app was seamlessly integrated and active on my website. The level of support provided was truly exceptional, and it made a world of difference in getting things up and running smoothly. However, I was disappointed to learn that some important features are missing. For instance, the app does not allow for a dedicated page for reviews, nor does it support displaying customer reviews on the homepage. These features are quite crucial for enhancing user experience and credibility, and their absence is a significant drawback. Overall, while the tech support from Jamie was outstanding, I hope Tydal considers adding these features in the future to make their app even more comprehensive and user-friendly.

The app is very user friendly and have never had an issue with any of the features You can also easily transfer over your reviews from a different app using a CSV file. Also the customer service is really good, (Jamie) was very polite and helped solve my issue and even gave me some advice

After years of using another popular review app and realizing that I was overpaying each month for features I don't use it was time to move. After checking several other apps I found Tydal with the same clean grid layout and on top of that it was free. After reaching out to the support team I was quickly instructed on how to import and move all my reviews to TYDAL and everything worked out smoothly. Very clean and simple review app without an overwhelming amount of unnecessary features.
