Hands down best support among any apps on Shopify. Sam was awesome, fast knowledgeable and happy to help. The app itself is simple, robust and it provides everything I need (list reviews instead of grid, ability for customers to upload photo or video, and email reminders for customers to leave a review). Easy 5 stars! Update: I had some issues to show the reviews on the site (problems on my side, not the app), and Jaime was great. She was quick and well informed, tnx.

App was fine at first, and customer service was quick. However, I've been waiting over a month for assistance on an import issue and had no response, except an argument with an AI bot. Can't integrate with google, very disappointed

I am just installing the app, and contacted support to remove the branding. Jamie answered in less than a minute, removed the branding and even gave me a follow on IG, and offered a suggestion to my online store to help my page stand out a bit more! Thanks Jamie!

The functionality of the app is not flawless, but Sam with customer service was so quick and helpful! I heard from her very quickly and she made some suggestions to try. Right now the app is working just fine, but I will know what to do if something comes up again.
