So far, this app has been very convenient for my business. I have been growing my business on Etsy for 2 years now and am finally ready to open up my new website. I have been super impressed with the customer service with Rivo so far. It's so great to have these apps as a resource for small businesses like mine. Arianne was super helpful today with getting my review app up and running. I like that I can reply to reviews and that customers can leave a picture or video file with their review.

Great experience with the Mica on the Rivo customer chat! Quick response even in the early hours of the morning on a weekend when I was able to work on the updates. In my experience so far, I would highly recommend working with a Rivo app for your store. Thanks for your help!

Pete was amazing from the onset. He was really helpful, friendly, and supportive in helping me getting set up and ready to roll. I'm really pleased with the service and with the product. Their UI is VERY nice. Much better than Judge.me. Now that I've switched I likely won't be going back.

AMAZING customer service! They really go out of their way to help you in any way they can with not only their app but Shopify as a whole. Easy to use set up and interface and it all looks very good and professional. Definitely consider downloading this app for your reviews on your site.
