Sam was superb with his service in assisting me. He went above and beyond solving more then one request during our chat. This allows me to open my store now and not sweat the small stuff. Excellent service, very patient! Thanks again!

This app was easy to figure out and add to my Shopify store. I'm still starting up so don't have a ton of reviews, but it's been easy to use as they trickle in. The customer support is outstanding as well, which is extremely handy for being a new business owner!

Product was not working properly, as the status of my reviews were not properly showing. They would not give a timeline for a fix, and their communication with me was spotty and they would go radio silent for long periods of time. I did not get the sense that they cared about my business at all. Issue was never resolved.

Fast and nice customer support, at first I thought it was AI but they actually have real people. Free plan is great to get started and test the waters before you want to commit money. Can only recommend

The app was fairly easy to install and set up, the more complex parts they have a chat feature and the support team member (Arianne) who i spoke to is phenomenal very speedy response and got everything set up the way i needed it, highly recommended
