The app has everything I need and would want as a small business owner. I ran into a bit of confusion with getting everything set up the way I wanted but the live chat made it super easy for me to get immediate help and the agent I spoke with, Mica, was kind and had every answer + solution I needed right at her fingertips. 10/10!

Super quick to respond, and really helpful. It took me a little while working with the assistant to get my reviews to import from Squarespace, but after some help we got it working! Really nice people to talk to, very grateful.
