The app is working wonderful and the customer service is flawless. Definitely looking forward to move my business forward with the support from Rivo and its staff. For example, I needed some assistance with the app and I immediately received support from Mica. She was quick in responding and managed to answer all my questions in an expedited fashion. The application has a top notch support. The chat is available and you can get a response right away. Abbie helped me to remove the Rivo brand and gave me additional useful advice and information regarding my website. The app is working properly sending review requests to customers, which are very important for any business. The app interface it’s easy to navigate and use. I highly recommend

I love this ap, the virtual assistants have always been super helpful too, telling me about other free products which might be suitable for me, I also love that its free to use as I'm a start up & then when you start gathering more revenue you can upgrade to extra features - I think this is a very clever marketing strategy & I will be upgrading to extra features as soon as I can - well done

Day one review! Just installed both the Rivo Reviews and Rivo Rewards apps and both of them have a proper professional feel about them and just work out of the box with next to no technical knowledge needed. If you do need some help though make sure you chat with Arianne who was by our side throughout the setup process and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.
