We switched over from Stamped reviews for a number of reasons. Stamped used to be a very good option, but over the years they have really changed and their service was no longer working well, but their prices were going up and up. Recently while looking for a wishlist app I found this company and was very impressed with both the service and technical support. Lets say I was eager to switch over our reviews also. Like many shops, we had a ton of customer reviews and photos we wanted to keep when we swapped apps. I wish this was a straight forward process, but it never is. (Had the same issue when we switched over to Shopify from another platform.) But working with the Rivyo team was great. The issues were related to the data our old app was supplying. After a lot of back and forth with Stamped we finally had most of our reviews in a usable format and the Rivyo team were able to import them. Woo hoo! I also needed to have the team makes some changes for our site, and they were super fast and very professional. In conclusion we are very pleased with this team and this app. Our customer's are once again sending in reviews of their purchases and that is the most important bit. Oh yeah, and this app costs a fraction of what Stamped was charging and our customers were no longer leaving product reviews with Stamped. I think that tells you a lot.

Evaluating the app for a few days and so far so good. Needed support for some small code editing and I received instant support via email. Positively surprised.

I have to give major credit to Rivyo's customer service. I asked about changing spacing and fonts on the testimonial widget, as well as adding star ratings to the collections page. Within minutes, they went in and did the changes FOR me! App works great as well. Highly recommend!

Been using it on our site for a few years now. Very friendly and flexible user interface. Wide range of import/export possibilities an options. Great customer service (in the 1 time required...)

The customer support is amazing! When I am unable to figure something out, I send a quick chat message and they get back to very quickly. They are so helpful.

The app works as you would expect. can import from various sites, but used only Amazon. Some configurations are possible on the display by default, and if you know css you can go further if required. They have been very reactive to help be setup the app, including the SEO (Rich Snippet). Only improvement would suggest is to have the import run from the app rather than a Chrome plugin, but that's really a detail as the plugin does its job perfectly.

We updated our theme and the app stopped working and we didn't understand why. We wrote to their developers and within 2 hours they fixed everything. Excellent and professional fast service, I recommend this app to everyone.

I meet some problem when I install code in order to show review on collection page and product, and I contact customer support, it only take 3 minutes to have someone to help me, and all problem fix, high recommend. Also I super love the plugin that allow me to import review from amazon directly, :)))
