We updated our theme and the app stopped working and we didn't understand why. We wrote to their developers and within 2 hours they fixed everything. Excellent and professional fast service, I recommend this app to everyone.

I meet some problem when I install code in order to show review on collection page and product, and I contact customer support, it only take 3 minutes to have someone to help me, and all problem fix, high recommend. Also I super love the plugin that allow me to import review from amazon directly, :)))

We used a lot of review applications, and Rivyo was the most efficient. The support is very helpful and responsive. Furthermore, the application allows us to import the reviews from our Amazon store, which are very unique and relevant for us.

Great and perfect service, although you can't edit product reviews on the app, but the import function is perfect, and great customer service, prompt response and direct assistance, highly recommended

Honestly super easy. Very similar to Amazon reviews so there's a lot of familiar functions people are used to. Their support has to be top notch. We've had a couple different support issues and these guys resolve them with half an hour. They do a great job changing code around to suit our stores needs. Definitely worth the money. Very comprehensive app

The customer service is excellent. Quick, prompt and friendly responses. The team assisted with manual installation, custom CSS modifications and provided the ability to manually modify CSS myself in our theme in the future when necessary. Once installed the app is easy to use and looks great. Highly recommend!
